The location of this place is great, with close proximity to green spaces and various dining options as well as the Falls nearby, making it a convenient choice.

The staff in general is pleasant. The rooms are fine and spotless and complete with fireplace as well as dishes put away in the cabinets.

Great Hotel for Long Stays!

I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. The staff is great, especially Walter who has been there for years. They took great care of my father who has memory issues. Centrally located and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The amenities were outstanding, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Walter, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure that my father, who has memory issues, was well taken care of and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel's central location was also a big plus, making it easy for us to visit the Niagara Falls area and explore Buffalo.
